I recently asked on my stream what you did to keep cool in hot weather. Two people responded with the idea of cooling drinks.

Above is a delicious and easy drink made with lemons from Melina….a wonderful mix of sharp and sweet flavours, and icy cold. It serves 2, and her recipe goes like this:

Juice from 2 lemons
A bit of scratched lemon skin
2.5 tablespoons of sugar
12 ice cubes (more or less)
Put them all in a blender. Indulge!
