Steak with Horseradish Sauce

Sauce:
1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup good mayo, 2-3 tsps horseradish, a dash of lemon, some cayenne, salt and pepper. mix together, then adjust amounts to taste.

rosemary potatoes:
preheat oven to 375. toss potato chunks and garlic cloves in baking pan with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. roast for 30-40 minutes, turning the potatoes every 15 min or so.

spinach:
heat spinach, toss with reserved sauce.
