Kachcha kela kofta
For the koftas:
1 – raw banana (boiled, peeled and mashed)
Salt to taste
1 tsp – green chilly paste or red chilly powder
one tsp – cumin powder
one tsp – ginger paste
Bread crumbs for binding
Oil for deep frying
For the curry:
one huge – onion
two – tomatoes
one tsp – ginger garlic paste
cloves and cinnamon stick, a little
2 – green chillies
four to five – almond or cashew nuts
Salt and sugar for taste
Mix all the kofta ingredients and make lemon sized balls and deep fry and keep aside.
In a kadai fry two to 3 tbpn of oil.
Add 1 tsp of cumin, two onions minimize in large pieces and fry right up until onions flip pink.
Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies fry for a minor even though.
Add chopped tomatoes and five cloves.
Then add cinnamon stick, almond/cashew nuts, a small grated coconut.
Include salt, fry until tomatoes grow to be soft.
Cool the mixture and grind it with some coriander leaves.
Boil the mixture with the required amount of water to get curry consistency.
Check out salt.
Add a little sugar for taste.
Even though serving, add fried koftas and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
eight cauliflower pieces
1 cup peas
two potatoes, peeled, cubed
1 carrot, peeled and cubed
1 tomato, chopped
2 onions, grated
one tbsp ginger-garlic paste
one tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp garam masala energy
Â½ tsp turmeric powder
1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp cummin seeds
4 tbsp oil
Salt and sugar to taste
Wash all vegetables.
Drain. Heat oil. Include cumin seeds. Add onion. Brown.
Include ginger-garlic and fry.
Add all powder masalas and vegetables. Include salt and sugar.
Stir fry till crisp
Then include two cups scorching water and cook till completed.
Include coriander leaves and serve with puris.
