one cup of sour cream,
1/3 cup of milk,
two tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter.

1 1/2 cups carrots julienne,
1 tablespoon vegetable oil,

1 tablespoon curry powder,
1 pound chicken breasts boneless,
1 tablespoon sesame oil,

1/4 cup green onion julienne,

2 1/2 cups cooked white rice,
3 cups cabbage shredded,
2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
6 flour tortillas around 10 inch.
In a small bowl you can mix all the sauce ingredients, cover it and refrigerate it until you are ready to serve. Then heat oil in a skillet and stir in ginger and chicken. Cook it on medium high heat until the chicken colour is even throughout. Then add some carrots, cabbage, onion, red pepper and continue cooking until the vegetables become crisply tender. Concurrently combine peanut butter with coconut, water, oil and curry powder and cook until the mixture is heated and then add rice after removing from heat to mix well. When serving place a cup filling in the center of the warm tortilla and fold the 2 opposite edges towards the center of the filling. Wrap up open ends of tortilla from its opposite edges. You can then serve the chicken wraps hot right away with sauce for dipping.
