one softened brick of cream cheese a number of scoops of sour cream 1 can of artichoke hearts, chopped a number of handfuls of thawed, drained spinach three-four chopped roasted red peppers 4 cloves chopped garlic a couple of handfuls of shredded gruyere salt and pepper. spoon into a scooped out sourdough boule, prime with a lot more gruyere and parmesan, bake at 450 till browned.
serve with cubed bread innards and top, and carrot sticks.
