one onion, chopped
two tablespoons butter
one butternut squash (about two pounds), peeled, seeded and cubed
3 cups water
one/two teaspoon marjoram (or basil)
1/four teaspoon pepper
1/eight teaspoon cayenne
one bouillon cube
four ounces cream cheese, cubed
Saute onion in butter. When tender add to crockpot with remaining substances, except cream cheese. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high for 4 hrs till squash is tender. Blend about 1/3 of the mixture in a steam secure blender or with an immersion blender. Add cream cheese and let run on low about 30 a lot more minutes or right up until melted. Combine ahead of serving.
