Mock tuna, almost

Mixing all components for Mock ‘Tuna’ Salad Sandwich.
15 ounces canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed, fork-crushed.
2 whole celery stalks, grated.
2 tbsp dill pickle, diced
one spring onion (or ramp), diced
two tsp dietary yeast
one tbsp minimal sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp vegan ‘mayonnaise’
one tsp kelp powder
½ tsp dry mustard powder
½ tsp onion flakes
fresh lemon juice, to taste

Pan-frying caraway seeds: phase two

Pan-fry caraway seeds in peanut oil in excess of medium-substantial heat. As seeds darken, take away and toss above completed rye bread strips. include a lot more oil and caraway seeds.
Strips of coarse rye bread, pan-fried in oil with caraway seeds, then rubbed with garlic cloves. Recognized in Lithuania as "Kepta Duona," practically "cooked bread," [pronounced: Stored uh doo AWN uh], which is served as “užkandžiai prie alaus” — “snacks to beer”.
