spinach artichoke dip

one softened brick of cream cheese; a few scoops of sour cream; one can of artichoke hearts, chopped; a few handfuls of thawed, drained spinach; 3-4 chopped roasted red peppers; 4 cloves chopped garlic; a couple of handfuls of shredded gruyere; salt and pepper. spoon into a scooped out sourdough boule, top with more gruyere and parmesan, bake at 450 until browned.
serve with cubed bread innards and top, and carrot sticks.
