Ground lamb, bread crumbs, a little yogurt, cumin, scorching pepper, paprika, and cinammon. Make patties, then divide them and fill with feta. Reconnect the halves, pinching them back with each other, and cook on medium-minimal till browned.
I would use more feta following time — it wasn’t that obvious.
