Ponzu Noodle Bowl

Summertime veggies staff up with a light, citrusy Ponzu sauce and a shot of peppery heat for a tasty, body fat free lunch. Shirataki noodles are created from konjac flour – a high-fiber, minimal calorie substance that is wonderful for the digestive technique – but if you do not like them or cannot discover them cellophane or bean thread noodles perform just as effectively. Tends to make 2 massive (major dish) servings (add some protein like tofu or shrimp for a heartier meal) or 4 side servings.
Fill personal oven evidence dishes or a single large one

If you use two dishes as the ones pictured, you’ll have leftovers. These are great with potatoes of bread.
You could also skip the puff pasty portion entirely and serve the stew with mashed potatoes.
