You’ll need –
To make the salad –
* Canned tuna – drained and flaked – 1 Can
* Mayonnaise or any salad dressing – 6 tbsp
* Sweet pickle relish – 3 tbsp
* Dried crushed onion flakes – 1/8 tsp
* Parmesan cheese – 1 tbsp
* Dried parsley – 1 tbsp
* Curry powder – ¼ tsp
* Dried dill weed – 1 tsp
* Garlic powder – to taste
Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl and stir till they’re mixed well. Add the seasoning and mix again.
Your tuna salad’s ready. Transfer to serving bowl and offer as a side dish with crackers or use as a sandwich filling.
