4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
salt & ground pepper (to taste)
one tbsp margarine (without trans-body fat)
one tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp yellow mustard (or Dijon mustard)
3/4 tsp dried tarragon (or 2 tsps chopped fresh tarragon)
1/3 cup excess fat-free evaporated milk
a very good handfull

All the ingredients must be at room temperature
20g fresh yeast
60 g butter, softened, minimize into cubes
2 tsp salt
To glaze: one egg (optional)
Dissolve the yeast in small bit of milk
Sift flour and sugar into a bowl, add salt, egg, milk and yeast mixture
Knead for at least 10 minutes to get a smooth and elastic dough.
Include the butter. Knead once more to integrate the butter.
Leave the dough brioche in an oiled bowl and covered, 1h at area temperature, it need to double.
Press down dough to eliminate air and let it rest yet again but this time in the refrigerator, for a single night (or 8 to ten hours). This resting time is necessary for the dough to strengthened.
Take out the dough, knead a little bit and add chocolate chips. Knead a number of occasions once again.
Lower the dough into three.
=> Now this is exactly where I include anything at all I want to it, chocolate chips/sugar, margarine, cinnamon mixture. Be very generous with the filling because the dough will double in size!
and then Shape (braid).
Area on cake tin and allow them rest for 15 min at room temperature.

Leave the cake for one – 1H30 at room temperature, it should double again.
Brush with beaten egg (optional)
Preheat oven to 170-175 ° C (gas mark five-six) and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
