A few nice cocktail recipes photographs I found:
The Rican chef: Coquito recipe, coconut Puerto Rican Eggnog an alcoholic beverage historically served in Puerto Rico
2 cans evaporated milk
2 cans coconut milk
1 can Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut or 8oz of coco Actual cream of coco
1 tsp coconut or vanilla extract
1 cup Bacardy white or dark puerto Rican rum
one/2 tsp cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1/four teaspoon ground clove
one/four teaspoon nutmeg
Spot all ingredients in a blender and process for about two minutes at medium speed right up until frothy like a thick milk shake…keep in glass bottles or a glass container and include to each bottle two cinnamon sticks and a vanilla bean if any…refrigerate and serve chill.
Celebration: What is far better to celebrate, than a Friday evening. The children are sleeping, and we are going to view one more episode of Correct Blood. So, Jason mixed cocktails for me to photograph. The red and green is his new recipe, some green Creme de Menthe, Grenadine, Goldschlagger (see the flakes?).
